Ashtanga Modified Primary (45 minute) $10
A modification of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga that moves more slowly than the full series, with challenging postures eliminated. Suitable for students in good fitness with some yoga experience.

Hatha Level 1  (45 minute) $10
Designed for students with little or no yoga experience or for those students who enjoy a more gentle practice. This class will introduce moving with the breath while teaching proper alignment in level 1 yoga postures increasing your flexibility and strength. Great for beginners or someone wanting to refine practice technique.
