Balance

We all need balance in life - work, home and even yoga. For some people this skill comes natural, for others it may take some time.

Think about where in life you may need more balance.  Is is at work, maybe saying "no thanks" to extra project or simple asking for help. Perhaps it's at home where juggling the kids with work has become more of a daily tightrope act, but with support from family the rope seems more steady. In yoga perhaps it's finding balance in a pose that is a little challenging, but when engaging core strength and breath you can hold the pose longer than you thought.

Whatever balance you need in life, think about how you want t to look and make it happen.
