This is the moment - what does that actually mean? You are reading this and the moment is passing you by, but think about - while in this moment you are focused on reading. That IS this moment. You aren't thinking about what is next to do. You are not multitasking. You are just reading.
Moments don't need to be monumental. Something so simple can have a big impact on you, your family and friends. Those small moments like telling your spouse they look good today or reading to your child a favorite book that you have read over and over (and over). Perhaps it's just being in the moment with anything you do - even yoga. You are one on the mat while in class. The mat is your format to be you in the moment with your mind and body in focus. It's your time to focus how the pose feel on your body and clearing the mind of all the outside chaos. This is your yoga moment!
