Core Builder Workshop
Wednesday March 19th 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM
This 75 minute yoga workshop focuses on the body core. In addition to core strength building, learn two yoga techniques: bhandas and breath control, that will benefit you on and off the yoga mat.
This workshop has limited capacity.
$15 workshop fee with registration
$20 walk-in workshop fee (if room is available)
