Even want to take a yoga class in the evening and not leave your house?  If you don't have a home practice you might find yourself not doing yoga at all. I have a new solution that makes yoga more personal than watching an online video and the start of a fun new craze!

Welcome to the Live Video Yoga Experience! If you have access to a video camera on your computer, this could be a start of a whole new craze of This Yoga Works Live Video Yoga Experience. You want to join in the fun, I can tell. So here is what you need to do to participate in this FREE event.

1). Register with Google Hangouts to create an account if you don't have one already.

2). Email me your Google Hangout email info to register for the Live Video Yoga Experience on April 1st at 7:00 - 8:00 PM EST.  Subject line: FREE Live Video Yoga Experience Registration

3). Go viral to your friends and share with everyone you know.

4). Unroll your yoga mat and get the camera rolling -- April 1st at 7:00 - 7:45 PM EST
