What if this year you made your resolution in bite size pieces for a bigger end result. Instead of a bodacious goal of working out everyday to get healthier through exercise and eating, perhaps choose something like "health day everyday". The goal is to focus on one thing for that day with bits of other good choices sprinkled in.
Mine looks like this:
Monday - Ashtabga yoga, Tuesday - eat healthy, Wednesday - Hatha yoga workout, Thursday - 45 min treadmill, Friday - eat healthy, Saturday - meditation day, Sunday - home practice yoga.
Adding this fun variety each week will help you stick to a routine that becomes natural. Your body and mind will depend on it. So now Every week can be a new resolution to you!
