I was talking to a group of women this week about yoga. Some have tried it - hated it, some LOVE it and can't get enough and some have never tried. The more I talked about the benefits, how anyone could try it at all levels and that kids do it in Dublin School to balance athletics and calm the educational mind, then more heads I saw nod "yes".
So who needs it (yoga)? There is no real answer to that in my opinion. I think everyone should try it, but I'd say that about skiing, tennis, golf, weight balance, work change, or anything you'd like to try and have not yet. So the real question is, "What are you waiting for?"
Why do we wait to try? What are we afraid of? Why are we more likely to try in a group of peers?
