Is there that one thing in life you'd like to do just a little better to be more satisfied with the results? As you continue to think, I'll share mine.

What if I could eat one more healthy fruit or vegetable a day in replace of one yummy-not-good-for-me treat? How would that look? Tracking my eating habits can help me with that and has many times. When I add a Reese's Cup to my list of consumed food and see no vegetables/fruits yet, I instantly know my next item needs to be something healthy. OK, I knew that prior to opening that Reese's Cup - let's be honest, but now I can see it tracked, calories charted and a breakdown of ingredients that are now in my body.

What if I could hold a handstand for 30 more seconds? What would that look like. I would need to track how many seconds I hold right now, then in 10 second increments, but to that 30 seconds and beyond. Maybe each try add 2 seconds extra. Seeing the progress will help me reach the goal and it's one more thing I can do!
