Doing What I Love


 Creative ON and OFF the mat -- I am Diane Y. Ernsberger,Yoga Coach and owner of This Yoga Works!. I have a wonderful studio-less business in Dublin, OH. that allows me to share the benefits of yoga one mat at a time. I teach private and group classes.

I love serving private clients. It allows me to tailor each practice for the person in that very moment. I connect with clients on feelings mentally and physically before starting practice ready to adapt and teach to what she needs. Everyone is unique, Your yoga practice should fit you, not the other way around. 
I work with tween and teens teaching yoga after school and summer retreats leading yoga wellness activities throughout the community. I quickly recognized that the daily pressure placed on teens to achieve success academically and athletically adds stress that I never had growing up. I love offering  teens a healthy structured manner to relieve stress.
