I was born to serve people and yoga is my offering. I created personalized private yoga sessions to tailor a yoga practice for YOU. I am Diane and I would love to meet you. Yoga for you in the convenience of your home or office. 
Restorative Yoga
Creating a grounded and nurturing environment Diane will utilize props such as straps and blocks to support proper alignment and holding poses while making space for students to just be. This slower-paced yoga calms the sympathetic nervous system while stimulating the para-sympathetic nervous system creating internal balance as the focus is placed inward. The gentle yoga allows for getting to know the true self, listening to the body with mind/body healing, including improvement in sleep, digestion, focus, and general well-being. Perfect for you to clear the mind and stretch the body. Allow Diane to guide the inner work to help you toward this new beginning. Hands-on and verbal assists to stay aware the body and breath and be present in the moment. Can you say Ahhhh!!!!! 
Hatha Yoga
Picture this, a well rounded calming practice with core poses to build strength and balance for the overall body. While linking the physical poses to the breath, you will keep a calm presence helping to reduce stress. This experience will leave you feeling energized and focused with a clear mind. Relax in Corpse Pose while listening to music surrounded with the aroma of lavender filling the room. Sink into the mat in a relaxed state and feel grounded. Try to find a better yoga experience -- dare you!
Yoga for Athletes
All the gain! Diane will create a practice for therapeutic stretching, specific strength training, and posture assessment for the athlete in you. The importance of mental focus and listening to the body is a bonus gained for students to utilize on and off the mat.
